Hello @karinikolaus
The image on the page you linked seems to be working just fine for me – each of the products takes you to a URL to purchase that product. Are you still having trouble with this? Or did you get it figured out?
Thank you Natalie, I tried turning off all of my plugins and it started working.
Is there a way to know which plugin didn´t allow Draw Attention to work?
@karinikolaus ,
Sure, we have the steps for troubleshooting plugin conflicts in our documentation here: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/troubleshooting-conflicts-themes-plugins/
You might want to look at the note in step 2 about Plugin Detective – it can make the whole process a lot quicker and easier. You’ll want to mark Draw Attention as a Key Witness (Required plugin) so you can find what’s conflicting with it.
Let us know if you need more help.
Natalie I´m sorry to bother again, but I wante to confirm if there is a way for the Draw Attention plugin to work without having to turn off the plugin that´s making it not work? It is jQuery Pin it button for images that´s causing the problem.
Thank you in advance.
Hello @karinikolaus
It looks like if you go to the settings for the jQuery Pin It button plugin and add hotspots-image
to the list of disabled classes, that should prevent the jQuery pin it button from firing for Draw Attention images and should allow you to have both plugins activated at the same time.
Plugin conflicts often require one or both of the plugin authors to modify the plugins themselves, but hopefully in this case, this setting will resolve the conflict.
