I have been fighting with the API key and getting a map to show up in my event pages. I have an API key that works just fine in another plugin for business directory. I went to your API documentation and followed your directions as best I could since Google API has changed a bit since your instructions were written. I deleted it and started fresh and my co-worker tried. We are totally baffled as I sometimes see the map appear in the backend but then it goes away. I am getting very frustrated and thinking of abandoning the plugin as I want to launch this web site Dec 1.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Apologies for the error you are receiving. Have tried with all plugins disabled and the default theme activated just to rule out possible conflicts?

I think the issue is different in your case, from what I see.

There’s no JS errors related to maps, it seems that EM isn’t even trying to load a map because it can’t detect a location.

If you’re able to get maps loading in the backend, try re-saving the location and see if that helps.
