Map takes a long time to load

Hi,

For some reason, my map seems to take FOREVER to load. I get the loading graphic about 50% of the time, and it just hangs for over a few minutes until it loads the map. This is a huge issue for our viewers. Is there any setting that might affect this? here is my code:
