    Hi,
    WP Google Maps is working just fine on desktop, however, the map does not show (just a blank space) on mobile (iOS, Android, tablet or phone).

    I have tried the following, as suggested in your troubleshooting guide, but still to no avail:
    – changed theme to the standard TwentyFifteen WordPress theme and also to WooCommerce Store Front.
    – disabled the caching plugin (WP Rocket)

    Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really do appreciate your time on this one.

    I had a look at the page you mentioned, and I was able to replicate the issue regarding the map not displaying.

    After checking the console log I found the following error occur quite soon after the page loads:
    gtag is not defined

    I decided to look into this a bit further and found this code appears to be coming from within an inline JavaScript segment created by WooCommerce. I believe what is occurring is that the error is occurring before the map initializes, which then causes issues in the JavaScript Runtime Engine, and prevents the map from loading correctly.

    Could I ask if you are using anything besides WP Rocket to optimize the site?

    I’ll try deactivating a couple of the WooCommerce add-on plugins and see if that helps.

    Ah – found it! The ‘Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce store’ seems to be the culprit.

    Thanks for the WooCommerce clue, otherwise it would have been like trying to find a needle-in-a-haystack…

    I’ll see if there is an alternative to the offending plugin…

    I’m not having much luck finding an alternative enhanced e-commerce plugin… Might there be a work-around fix for this conflict?

    Thank you so much for your time on this one.

    Yes we could definitely add a work around to the conflicting code for you. I believe this could be done by simply adding a few lines of JavaScript to your site to prevent the conflict as a whole.
