Map only shows in preview/scrollwheel to false?

When using the shortcode [locations_map category=”267″] – the map displays correctly when previewing the page, but once published, the map says, “Map loading…”

The map is displaying fine on individual event pages, so I doubt it’s a js error. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution? If so, much thanks ahead 🙂

Also, how can I set the events managers maps scrollwheel to false? Thanks again!

this might be a theme issue, do you have sample link for us to see?

It is a JS issue for sure.

If it works on other pages, maybe you’re restricting where our JS files load in Settings > Performance Optimization? If it’s not loaded on that page, then this result you’re describing would be expected.

Here’s a simple way to check for a javascript issue: deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme.

If the map loads, it’s a javascript conflict caused by one of the things you’ve deactivated.

Reactivate each one-by-one, checking your site each time. At some point you’ll reactivate a plugin and the map won’t load – that’ll be your culprit.

it’s often the theme doing something wrong too, if the above doesn’t work try switching themes.
