 * i tried to deactivate W3 total cache but still the same.

    I found the following error on your page:
 * Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Object] is not a function
 * In WordPress you need to change “$” to “jQuery”. Try changing any scripts you
   have and see if that does the trick?
