The plugin works on all browsers. There could be an issue with your theme. Can you send us a link to your map page so we can have a look and get back to you?

It happens on multiple website (no purchased theme, but customized from scracth). I have no examples now, I deactivated it on all my websites and replaced sorry 🙁
I just had this happen because the plugin did not have write access to the plugin folder.
Enabling that made the markers visible (if that was your problem).
