    I purchased your plugin October 2016 and have enjoyed using it.

    However, the map does not show anymore. Do I have to upgrade for it to show?

    What is the exact [connections] shortcode you are using to embed the directory on the page?

    Did you by chance accidentally disable the display of the map when using the cMap Template Customizer?

    Can you please edit an entry with an address? Does the address have latitude and longitude values? If it does not, can you please click the Geocode button for the address and then save the updated entry? Does the entry now show the map?

    2. The cMap Template Customizer has a tick and is enabled
    3. The addresses all have latitude and longitude.
    I added a new entry and clicked the Geocode tap and a square boxed appeared but the map did not show.

    Is there anything else I can do?

    Google is displaying several errors related to the API key you are using. Please navigate to the Connections Settings admin page and click the Advanced tab. Remove the Google Maps API keys. And save the changes. Now edit an entry and geocode an address. Does that correct it?

    To see the errors, open the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. The related errors are:
