# Map not interactive

 * After the map has been set up and the short code is inserted into the page, when
   viewing the page the map appears but is not interactive at all. It is my understanding
   that the map is supposed to be interactive with the free version, is this not
   correct? How can I fix this?

 * Dear user, what you mean saying interactive?
 * If the map isn’t moving, this is specially made, in order to be convenient on
   mobiles.
    one click on map, will allow to move it, zoom it etc.

 * Dear customers thanks for informing us about prolem and helping to find the reason.
   We have already fixed the problem so please update to version 2.3.
