# Map markers clustering bug

 * Hi there!
 * First of all, thanks for the wonderful plugin and all the hard work you put in
   developing it!
 * We’re preparing for a launch of a COVID-19 related website ([https://zostanw.pl/](https://zostanw.pl/)).
   The only major issue we have at the moment is clustering of the markers on Google
   Maps.
 * On the default view, when you enter the website, some location are grouped in
   Czechia, while in fact they’re in Poland, which you can see when you zoom in.
   
   If you zoom out more, some of the locations end up grouped in Hungary and Austria
   as well.
 * Do you know how it can be fixed? I believe the problem did not occur when using
   OpenStreetMaps.

 * FYI: I managed to “fix” it by replacing the markerclusterer.js library with a
   newer version: [https://github.com/googlearchive/js-marker-clusterer/blob/gh-pages/src/markerclusterer.js](https://github.com/googlearchive/js-marker-clusterer/blob/gh-pages/src/markerclusterer.js)
 * And I think it’s not the newest one, anyway. Apparently it’s recommended to use
   MarkerClustererPlus hosted by Google: [https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/marker-clustering](https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/marker-clustering)
 * Is there any chance for upgrading the library version in a future release?

    Glad to know that you’ve managed to fix the issue by your own. And Thank
   you for sharing the solution that you’ve found. We’re going to update the Marker
   Clusterer library very soon. Hope it will be available in the next version.
