What version of EM OSM are you using? I noticed that a lot of users are still on version 2.7.1. A lot has changed since then.
I just tried it-
I deactivated, refreshed page, activated. Then I went to the event in admin panel, edited address, and saved. Still middle of ocean 🙁
I’m on Events Manager version 5.9.7.1, OSM 2.9.9.1
In the latest update of EM they changed several things. In their change log they mentioned WPML compatibility.
To be honest, I had not looked if they changed the way a location is being saved. But… they did! 😉 For example, several columns have been added to the wp_em_locations table.
It turns out that the hook used in previous versions does not work anymore. So I have now changed it to using a different filter.
I also found some other bugs will I will all fix in the next update. Releasing it later tonight or tomorrow.
I have same issue, any address I write I’ve got (0, 0) as GPS position.
What version are you using??

I just installed and activated the EM-OSM 3.0.0 My EM version is 5.9.7.1.
The marker is at the middle of the ocean like the other user experienced. Please advise on a solution. Thanks
