map doesn’t load

Hello,

I use Google maps API. When I arrive on a page with the map, The map doens’t load and this error is in the console.

gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1 Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: google is not defined
    at initMaps (gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1:28105)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1:28366)
    at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27028)
    at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27330)

If I reload the page it works but it’s quite random.

Do you have an idea ?

Sorry I missed your ticket.

Looks like Google Maps library doesn’t load for some reason.

Are you able to provide a link to the live page with the error?

You are welcome.

Looks like you are using the Complianz plugin that could conflict with GEO my WP and cause that type of issue.

If that’s the case, temporarily disable the Complianz plugin and see if it solves the issue. If it does, try changing the settings related to Google Maps in the Complianz plugin. I think the plugin might also have a checkbox related to GEO my WP specifically.

It seems it works with Complianz plugin disabled.

I will try to find appropriate settings in the Complianz plugin.

I will keep you updated.
