    Hi Eyal,

We don’t know whether it’s the latest release of Geo My WP, PHP 7.4 or the latest version of WP, but we are experiencing a very annoying issue.

Upon fetching the location of user, which they gave consent – we enabled ‘auto locator’ – the page refreshes but reload the initial ‘map radius’ rather than the one defined in the shortcode [gmw form=”1″].

It looks like either the location is not stored any longer (thought it was a cookie in Geo My WP), or Geo My WP doesn’t it to refresh results.

It does work though, if we are logged in as Admin, which makes it even more odd.

    In this page
    https://staging.briskby.com/test-map-geo-ip/
In the form we set a radius of 200 km and enabled ‘visitor’s current location filter’.

    Any idea?

    Thanks

Hi we found the problem with WP Cloudflare super cache.
Caching plugins with highly dynamic pages doesn’t seem to be working well.

Would be great though to know how Geo My WP’s cache works, so that we could find workaround with caching plugins.

    Thanks!

    Hello @wlsfh,

Check if you can exclude specific cookies from being cached. If that’s possible, excluding the GEO my WP’s user location cookies should solve the issue that you described.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thank you Eyal,

we are looking into it. Could you please tell us the name of the cookie, more specifically?

    Thanks
