# Map does not appear

 * Hi – When we first downloaded the plugin the map did appear, now I can only get
   to it through viewing the page via “Map Descriptions,” or all of the different
   map pins we’ve recreated. All the pins appear on the world map correctly, but
   the map itself is just grey. Can you help?
