Map disappeared, and only a few “Map to display” work

    Our map disappeared. We were using USA Territories Low (88kb), and it won’t show up. If I use North America Low (55kb), it works. There only seem to be a few that are actually working. The rest just blank the map in the admin and front end.

    It should look like this:

    • WP version: 6.1.1
    • Plugin version 1.5.11
    • Server: Linux 4.19.198-300.el7.x86_64 x86_64
    • Web server: Apache
    • PHP version: 8.0.27 (Supports 64bit values)

    Hi @jcow

    This looks like an issue with the selected projection. Try changing the projection option back to the ‘Miller’ default and resave the map.

    If the problem persists let us know.

    I made that update, but it didn’t change anything unfortunately. It is like the map imagery doesn’t exist. I am lost.

    Hi @jcow

    It might be something with your setup then. Looking at the code, I see you have the ‘only include active’ option enabled, in the regions tab, but there’s no entries for regions (or if there is, it seems it’s empty) which would make no regions display. Disable the ‘only include active’ to see if the empty states display again.

    It was the ‘only include active’ setting. I am not sure how that got changed. Thank you so much for your help finding that! Fixed!
