    Hi wherefoodtakesus,

I guess you are using the USA map, right?
Since ver. 5.5.3 USA map is not a default map anymore, sorry.

Can be purchased here with lifetime licence:

    USA Mercator

there are also other 2 different USA map projections:

    Albers
    Lambert

If you had some settings and/or markers recorded and you’ve not exported them will be possible to apply onto new map.
    Regards

I’m using the world map, which was free when I set up the page. It was working for awhile and now it doesn’t show up.

Did you change anything in Dashboard? Any new theme, plugin etc…?
I see there is an issue in the page via the console, seems jQuery is not loaded… so I cannot see any svg created.

Are you using the shortcode to load the map?
If you could provide me with some extra info would be great!

    Thank you in advance.

We were working on speeding up our site. You mentioning jQuery made us realize what the problem was and it’s now fixed. Thank you for your help!

Glad you were able to fix it!
If possible, could you please share what was causing the issue and how did you solve it? Could be handle for other users too 🙂

And, if you like RVM, please rate it 😀

We’ve been using Autoptimize on our site and in the “Exclude Scripts from Autoptimzie” section it had: seal.js, js/jquery/jquery.js. We removed seal.js, js/jquery/jquery.js because we thought it would speed up our site.

Adding seal.js, js/jquery/jquery.js back in made the map visible again.

seal.js is unimportant, jquery is not 🙂
