    Hi,

Is it possible to map separate categories of a custom post type to different pages?

For example, I have a custom post type of developments. On the Readings->Settings page I map this to a page called All Developments and build a query to show all terms of the custom post developments on that page. Seems to work.

The developments custom post type has three categories within it, Current, Coming Soon, and Past. I’d like to show those individual category archives but can’t see a way to map the individual categories to their pages.

I’m using breadcrumbs with the pages and going back up through the chain from the post to its category links to this:
    http://domainname.com/category/past/?post_type=developments

rather than going to the page that has been made to show the ‘past’ category of the developments post type.

I can turn breadcrumbs off I suppose. Just wondered if it’s possible to map the individual categories.

@fatherb you should be able to go to the edit screen of the category and assign a page that way.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wow, I didn’t even think to look there, obvious now though…duh. Been bashing round for hours.

Ronald, you are a genius. Thanks for this plugin, it is fantastic.
