Hi ! Do you know when this option is planned ?
It’s really damaging and blocking when you want to import a long list with fields that do not correspond to the fields already present …

And in the meantime, do you have ia solution to get around this limitation ?

  • Yes I also need this feature, I am importing thousands of listings and this one feature is forcing me to completely re-think my directory solution. I will have to pick another plugin if I can’t import map to custom fields.

Is this a planned feature that is coming out soon?

Here is the answer of the Directorist team, received yesterday by email :
    ________
    1. I have consulted with our project manager regarding this. According to him, the feature should be available by the end of the First Quarter (April), 2021.

    2. I am sorry, we are unable to provide you an immediate solution at the moment. Our dev team is already jampacked with their pending tasks from the last quarter and we are working on bringing the features as soon as we can that are already on our public roadmap: https://directorist.com/roadmap
    ________

In my case, I can’t wait April for my project. So, like you, I have to choose another solution…
If you have an advise for this subject, I take ! 😉
