I’m sorry to hear that Broken Link Checker is reporting links that aren’t actually broken. That’s definitely not normal behavior and is something that we can definitely help you with.
Have you contacted our Support team about this? If not, then please reach out to them via the Contact page on our website and click on the “submit our Basic Question form” link on that page.
If you can provide them with a sample of the links that are incorrectly reported broken, the link text for each link, and the page on your site where each link can be found, then they’ll be happy to investigate this to determine why it’s happening.
