Quick response on both issues:
1) This can be caused by many things, but we would need to see logs and products settings in order to give you a proper response on it. The best would probably be to have a look at our documentation, most answers can be found here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs
2) It should be possible to set up the online store to “no Tax”, but in order to sync it to Zettle, you will also need Zettle to have that same setting. Please check both and make sure they are set up the same.
If you cannot get this correctly set up, you might need to provide us with the System Report and logs, in order for us to review and advise. You can copy the logfiles from here:
– WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
– WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

thanks for your reply.
I couldnt find help in the Documentation.
I Already have the Products Set up right, it simply doesnt sync them and i cant tell the Plugin to do it Manually.
I put the Taxes to 0% in the Zettle App, i couldnt find any other way to Set the Taxes.
I also tried to get the Reports but I cant find them in my File Manager.

I am not sure what you need the File Manager for, but these logs should be found here:
– WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.
