Many Custom URLs at once

Hello, thanks for your plugin!

I have a website where there are state and city URLs. Like:

http://www.MyWebSite.com/state1/
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state1/city1
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state1/city2
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state1/city3

http://www.MyWebSite.com/state2/
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state2/city1
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state2/city2
http://www.MyWebSite.com/state2/city3

How could I add all those possible combinations at once? I just can’t add one by one in the panel, it’d take too much time. Is there any function which I could use to add them all dynamically to the sitemap file?
