• My review rating increases to 4 stars after my issue with captions was resolved. Its not just because this one seeming small feature was cleared up for me, but that the support exchange was very good once I got into the loop. I expect that to continue. I should add that I am new to WordPress and the the plug-in community.

    Bob, after making contact with Alan P in service group, I can say my problem is resolved by checking the enable captions option. I didn’t see the check box among the many options there. Im not sure why failing to enable captions causes the gallery to disappear though.

    Alan offered good advice to me about plugin/theme CSS conflicts even offering to send me code to better refine the galleries that I want. So if i can get this level of support with problems and given the easy development of basic galleries i surely would increase the number of stars in my review.
