Manually set canonical for WC category not working

    Hello everyone,

    I use Yoast SEO plugin and love it!
    But at the moment i have a problem with canonical urls.

    I installed WooCommerce on my site and want to set a different canonical url for categories. Only the thing is, it’s not working. There is no different output when i set another canonical url.

    I also tested it on normal pages and product pages. If i change the canonical url there, it is working.

    I totally do not understand how this is possible.
    Hope someone can help me 🙂
