    Hi,

I’ve just installed this plugin for my site, but although I can see a button to manually import comments from Facebook etc in the screenshot of the install guide, I don’t see one anywhere in my implementation?

Can anyone help me out, has the button been moved or simply no longer exists? – I have configured in both the general settings as well as my Facebook account settings to allow import.

I have quite a few more sites to configure still and would like to be able to import the comments manually without waiting an hour each time to test that the plugin has worked (which I’m not sure it has yet on my first site).

Thanks for your help, this looks like a great plugin, just stuck on this one thing 😉

I think this is probably more of a documentation issue as I’ve just found the links which were only available in each of the posts themselves.

When you read the guide (http://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/auto-import-comments-from-facebook-and-twitter/) it isn’t obviously that the screenshot has jumped out of settings (which is what the section appears to still be referencing)

    🙂

Here the same problem, no button for manual import. Unfortunately, the automatic import feature does not work. The manual seems to deviate from the plugin itself. Hopefully this problem gets a quick solution or a response how to solve it.

Manual import button appears on the “Edit Post” page for the posts made by the plugin.

This is what the manual shows, but not in my case, sorry.
Next to the repost button (Left side) it says ” Posted on (2014-02-18 07:02:21) ” no button at all.

In my case, no auto or manual comments

This ass should apologize. I have not been paying attention, and now everything works it properly. The button is not there if you do not turn on the feature. Sorry! Shame on me 😉
