# Manually editing the count

 * Can I manually change the page-view counts? I want to carry over counts from 
   a previous views-counter.
 * I expected to find a Custom Field that stored WPP’s page count. I would change
   that. But I see no such field.
 * I can use SQL if necessary. Can you say which field to change?

 * WPP stores its data in `wp_popularpostsdata` (All-time range) and `wp_popularpostssummary`(
   Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc).
