 * Hi everyone,
 * Is there a way I can manually edit settings? i.e. by changing code rather than
   using the WP inferface.
 * I’ve just moved hosts and the last post on my old domain is one saying that I’ve
   moved. I’d like it so that this is the only post on the homepage. (I’m keeping
   the others there for SEO purposes).
 * Now I know there’s an option to select the amount of posts on the homepage, but
   for some reason WordPress spits out an error saying I’m forbidden from accessing
   the options.php file.
 * So, does anyone know which file I can edit manually (using FTP upload) to achieve
   the desired outcome? I’ve looked through options.php and options-reading.php
   but I haven’t spotted it — but then I’ve not got too much coding knowledge, so
   may have missed something.
 * Thanks in advance,
 * Dave
