Manually Adding Order Customer Dropdown confusion.

Hello,

Ive read the documentation several times and not sure why this action is happening while manually adding a order. When i go to WooCommerce / Orders / Add Order. I add the order details, shipping, billing, and product details, i would think if a customer ordered before they would be visible in the Customer: dropdown but all i see is “Guest”. Any Ideas?

Its a backend issue so the site link will not be available just looking for some feedback.
