 * I have also discovered this issue today.
 * As a workaround. You can select the option to automatically watermark images 
   on upload and that should solve the problem in the short term until there is 
   a fix.
 * Just remember to change the setting to not automatically watermark images once
   you have finished uploading your images.

 * I also encounter the same problem using the latest version 1.5.6 of plugin. I
   also try to disable other plugins, but it still “Manual watermarking” not working.
