    I am trying to download WordPress manually. I need to know the process of how to upload the database to my MySQL database using phpmyadmin.

    If there’s anything I can use to help me I’d greatly appreciate it.

    u have no need to add a database. WP will create a database upon install

    When you say upload the database, do you mean you have a backup of an existing wordpress site?
