Manual Sync (Initial Load)

Is there a mechanism to manually pull records from Salesforce without having a trigger (create/update) needed? I am looking to build out a custom post type based on Accounts in Salesforce and it appears I would need to “touch” all of those records to update their modified date in order to get the sync working? Is there a simpler way to just say “go get the records and pull them all over at once”
