manual sub domain setting in Direct Admin

Hi
I have an Direct Admin hosting account and when i do the setting of my wordpress network,i selected directory mode : “mysite.com/myblog”
and now want to redirect “myblog.mysite.com” to “mysite.com/myblog” manually. the problem is when i create a subdomain such as “myblog.mysite.com” in direct admin panel, automatticly the “public_html/myblog” directory created and it conflicted with wordpress blog that i created before and its address is same: “mysite.com/myblog”
and empty directory showed.
in Cpanel there is an option in subdomain management that helps to redirect subdomains but that option there is not in direct admin.
i try HTACCSESS code to redirect it worked but conflict problem is not solved.
I guess my problem solve by DNS such as A , CNAME or MX record.
