Manual Paid Invoice Email

You can manually change the status to “paid”. Then email the invoice like normal and it will show as “paid” to your customer.

That’s correct, currently the only option is for the “new invoice” template. At the moment we do have an open feature request which would add the ability to choose a different template through the “email to client” window, see here: https://slicedinvoices.com/ideas/status-aware-email-button/

…hopefully we can add that to the plugin soon. For now, you would have to manually type in the “Email Content” box to make it say what you want, or you could copy and paste from the “payment received” template.
