    Hi,

    When creating a manual order and sending the payment/invoice email to customer with payment details, customer choosing klarna payment and gets an OK, and a thanks for you payment.
    In the order it looks like customer paid with klarna but on klarna there is no order.

    When marking the order as completed I get the error in notification field:
    Klarna order ID is missing, Klarna order could not be captured at this time.

    Is this some bug or is it not possible with klarna payments on manual orders or via payment links?

    EDIT: Now I noticed when trying the customers payment link and choosing klarna. I get redirected to cart and message that checkout is not available with empty cart.

    Hi,

    At this moment it is not possible with manual orders or via payment links through the plugin.

    Maybe put an option to disable the klarna checkout on payment links or similar?

    I mean, if not possible why give the option?

    Hi Daniel,
    We will look into this a bit closer and will try to prioritize it.

    There is an issue created for this matter in the GitHub repository for the plugin: https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-checkout-for-woocommerce/issues/182.

    We will post updates there as soon as we have a fix for it.
