manual multi language website

Hi everyone

I am creating a website with 2 languages “English & Arabic”. It’s an affiliate website which means a lot of content.

I tried the plugin Polylang but it caused a lot of error and stuff. I have been trying to figure it out but it’s just not working for me. I have read about other options but they all seem to have slow loading and also bugs and stuff, nothing is perfect.

So, I decided to just do in manually. I am a 3D designer and I have no idea about coding and stuff but I do figure some easy stuff out.

Now the first is that I am creating the website in the English language and I want to add the Arabic version. Is it possible to do that, to have 2 different versions (homepage, widget, Taxonomies, menu, and etc…). Btw the Arabic language is from right to left.
That means everything must be shifted (for example the English post has the content in the left and widget on the right the Arabic version I must reverse it to be the content on right and widget on left).

I am using Oceanwp theme.

Please advise me. what do I do?
