Manual Language Translation in WordPress

I have a wordpress site developed and used english as a language. But now, the client wants the site to be available in both in German and English languages. The client is not happy with automatic translation done using available plugins. So got the got the text translated from a professional.

How can I do a dual language wordpress site without using any translation plugins.
