    I need to sell non-printable gift certificates. My client uses magnetic cards they process themselves and physically mail to buyers. I want to be able to collect whatever amount the site visitor purchases, and then notify the business about how much the purchase was for and where to send the physical card.

    What changes do I need to make to eliminate any reference to online printing or redemption of the gift certificate?

    Sounds to me like your best bet for that would be to use a regular Buy Now button. Then the seller will get their notification about the payment and the amount, so they can create the card accordingly. There would be no reference to printing a certificate or anything like that.
