 * With this plugin… After we are out of Sandbox mode and in production with Authorize.
   net… Once we capture the customers credit card information from the order can
   we use that credit card info to charge the customer manually in steps, using 
   their credit card in an encrypted way so that we can use the card without seeing
   all of the card’s details? So perhaps we only see the last four digits of the
   card, but we really do not need to see the month year cvv.
 * I have not tested this plugin in that production so I personally do not know 
   the answer. Please get back when you can.
