manual and online backup fail

    Have been trying to backup my wordpress with Online Backup plugin, both manually and with the online setup, it always fails and shows me this message:

    Hello I’m using an online backup plugin by Backup Technology version3.0.4 This is what I’ve been getting when I checked my backup updates the other day. I didn’t realized this error has been going on since Oct.25, 2014. my website:www.lovehealthyfeet.com

    The backup ran for 38 s and backed up 0 B in 0 files. A total of 0 B in 0 files were scanned.

    Configuration checklist:

    Backups are scheduled Daily – The next backup will begin at 1st May 2015 4.00.00 AM.
    Compression is available Backup sizes will be greatly reduced.
    Encryption is enabled Backups will be encrypted with AES128 level encryption.
