Thank you for writing to us, yes the admin can add or deduct points from the users. You will have to go to your wordpress admin dashboard and navigate to all users then click on adjust below points column, the option will appear when you will hover over the column.

I tried it out. However, the record didn’t show up at history, or points log.
Besides, what’s the difference between Current Balance and Total Balance?

The log will show the adjustment when you will input a reference against the adjustment. The Difference between current balance and total balance is that current balance shows the current balance that is available to be spent and the total balance shows all the balance which he has earned up till now.

If this is the case, the current balance shouldn’t be greater than the total balance. Isn’t it? Why is the total balance greater that current balance?
