Mangopay payment button is shown in sandbox mode but absent in production

    Hey MangoTeam,

    I’m having trouble with mangopay, the mangopay gateway doesn’t appear in the list of available gateways in production mode.

    However, if i switch back to sandbox mode it’s there.

    Help please…

    Hey there, I suggest you check the Mangopay settings page where there are some status checks – it’s very likely this will point you to the problem (particularly, do all the vendors have their Mangopay UserId created?).
