mandatory invoice fields selection has no effect

    When i uncheck “region” at page …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpinv-settings&tab=misc&section=fields , to not make it mandatory, this has no effect. On billing page this field is still shown and if i let it empty i get some error message that it would be mandatory.
