Hi, with version 2.0.1 of your plugin it is impossible to complete the order on the checkout page, an error message appears saying that mandatory invoice fields must be filled in to continue (the fields in question, i.e. tax code and VAT number, are hidden and only appear if you select ‘receive invoice’ from the drop-down menu).
Going back to version 1.9.5 of your plugin, the problem disappears.
    Can you help me out?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

The issue you describe is difficult to respond to, because we don’t know what plugins you are using and the “tax code” and “VAT number” do not seem to be WooCommerce standard fields for the checkout page.

We would like to review your logs and the system report to identify if your situation might be related to an already known issue. You can copy the log files from here:

    • WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    • WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

    Kind regards,
    Joost
