 * Hello there,
    This plugin looks really great.
 * Just tested but I don’t well understand how subscriptions are managed? Both for
   users that leave a comment and for admins.
 * Do I miss something here?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi John,
    Please wait for 2.0.4 version, we’re currently adding “unsubscribe”
   links in “new comment” notification emails and on comment form (it’ll show subscribe
   status and unsubscribe link). We’re planning release this today.

 * Great timing!
    Will the admins also have access to subscriptions at the same
   time?
 * thanks for your feedback!

 * Thanks, that looks awesome indeed!
    Will now wait to see how admins may manage
   those users that leave comments.
 * PS: there is no email of any sort sent out to users that post a comment?

 * Hi John,
    I’m sorry but I didn’t follow you, what exactly do you mean? There
   are lots of option to send email notification to users. There are two checkbox
   options on comment form for subscription to new comments and new replies.

 * Sorry, was not clear.
    I was meaning about people who comment and check one or
   both options: they don’t receive any email confirmation about that?
 * When I post a comment at a website using the similar Jetpack module I always
   have to confirm, otherwise I can post a comment with someone else email address–
   or not?
 * In fact my site’s settings allow to post comments without registration. How does
   your plugin behave in such cases?
 * Thanks.

 * Thank you John,
    There is not subscribe confirmation option yet. But there are
   two ways to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe link under notification email
   so the receiver can unsubscribe whenever he wants. The subscribe confirmation
   is not used for most of discussion systems, that makes it harder and takes more
   time for this simple action. So we’ve not added this option yet. We’ll check
   plugin users opinions and requests, so if this will be popular issue we’ll add
   it too.

 * Yes, I agree with you, it’s simpler that way of course.
    But I still don’t well
   understand where the unsubscribe options are.
 * What do you mean by “notification email”? Who is supposed to receive that one?

   I tested with a new poster and the only admin receives a notification about this
   comment and this email has an unsubscribe link at bottom. But what for? The admin
   is not supposed to unsubscribe from there…
 * The other one, I can see only when you are logged in as registered user and go
   to the comments box. But, again, how do NOT registered users unsubscribe if they
   don’t receive any email notification? Or is it my system not sending notifications
   correctly?

 * All users, visitors, guests, members are getting emails if those are subscribed.
   And there is an unsubscribe link in Email content. So all can be unsubscribed
   using the link in email content. Also all logged in users can unsubscribe using
   the link on comment form as well.
 * Please try to use different users and emails to see those. It seems you’re only
   testing using admin and you’ve even not checked subscribe checkboxes on comment
   forms and you’re not subscribed at all. The email you’re getting is the default
   WP Post author email. It’s not wpDiscuz notification about new comments.
 * Also please note, there will not be any email notification about new comments
   or reply if the new commenter is the same person. You see your comment so there
   is not any reason to notify you about that.

 * Para1: OK, that makes sense. No problem.
 * Para2: No, I tested WITHOUT being logged in. I used another email of mine and
   posted as guest – because my settings allow to post without being registered.
   I checked both checkboxes but didn’t receive anything. I then commented on this
   comment with yet **another email address** as guest and still didn’t get any
   notification at any of those 2 guest email addresses. Only the WP notification
   sent to the author of that post, with an unsubscribe link at bottom.

 * Please Make sure your guest’s comments are not held for moderation?
    Make sure
   the emails are not in spam-box Make sure the after the guest1 commenting you’re
   commenting with another user or guest to guest1 comment.
 * And please test it with another registered user and check comment form’s unsubscribe
   links as well.

 * They were held for moderation but I approved them.
    Nothing in spam at either
   email accounts for guests. Yes, of course I was commenting on guest 1 with another
   email for guest 2.
 * The unsubscribe in comment form for registered users seems to work fine.
 * Please note that this site in on a Multisite installation if this is of any importance.
   But I doubt.

 * Could you please uncheck the option “Held new comments for moderation” option
   in wpDiscuz > Option page and check the Guest subscriptions again?
 * > Please note that this site in on a Multisite installation if this is of any

 * Maybe, we’ll check this as well.
