    I have a problem
I have video templates that consist of 2 bundles
One bundle consts of 2 videos and the other of 5 videos, and you can only order one of them.
Then I have an offer where the customer can decide not to use the template back ground but supply me with an image of their own choice. In this instance they need to supply me with an uploaded file.
    In a nutshell is
1 a way to restrict them to either the 2 ir the 5 video bundle
2 if they elect to use their own background then the page will open a file upload facility for which I have purchased a plugin which can be triggered using a shortcode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @paharms,

We’ve not heard back from you in a while and we may be marking the thread as resolved soon for the general health of the forum.

Just checking, were you able to find out the plugin that you’re using for the product bundles. If not, please share with us a copy of your System Status from WooCommerce > Status to see if we can find out the exact plugin and advise further.

    Thanks.

    Thank you!

It sounds like this issue is directly related to the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin from Extendons.

So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact WooCommerce Product Bundles support team so that they can help you with this issue.

Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

    I hope this helps. 🙂
