Managing pages in the admin panel

Hi I am creating a site with many pages and subpages, is there any other plugin, that enables me to categorise pages or filter them so that the user will have an easier time finding the page he wants to edit in wp-admin? expand collapse features would also be great. Till now i’ve been trying out pagemash which is good, was wondering if there was anything similar so i could see which works best. thanks
