Managing forms for logged in users and exporting the content

    I’m looking for a solution that will allow users to register and once registered complete and manage the content of a form.

    The site super users would then be able to export the form content for all registered users into a spreadsheet and lock down the form content.

    Are there any existing user management plugins which would support such functionality?
