Management page is blank despite correct permalink structure

Hi there,

I’m having trouble getting the management page to function correctly. Instead, it’s returning a blank page.

The virtual management page is disabled and I’m using a real page (page is titled “Manage subscriptions” and uses the template suggested in the tutorial). My permalink structure is /%postname%/, thus the management URL is /manage-subscriptions/

For a diagnosis, I’ve tried:

• Experimenting with permalink structures, even reverting back to the default;
• Disabling my theme and using one of the WordPress standard themes;
• Disabling all plugins;
• Experimenting with a trailing slash vs no trailing slash;
• Tested locally and on multiple web servers (in case it’s my PHP environment being silly).

…But my management page is still blank. Any advice would be appreciated.
