The free version of the plugin does not include the functionality that allows to define any extra redirects like RankMath or Yoast SEO Pro do.
To clarify, the Lite version enhances the built-in canonical redirect function, which redirects non-canonical versions of URLs to the custom permalink. There is not a specific page where you can manage theme, because this type of redirect is triggered dynamically and the redirects are not stored anywhere in the database.

I thought that it had a redirect function automatically because of changing the URLs
