# Manage Form Fields does not render correctly

 * When I select “Manage Form Fields” the Form field Properties is crowded over 
   on the right of the screen and is very narrow. I have tried disabling various
   plugins and changing my theme but nothing makes it render correctly.

 * You should be able to click on the up and down arrows in the right corner of 
   the fields box in order to bring it back to the left side.
