It has not been updated for a long time, and the plugin has changed a lot since it was created. * The “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” warning is just what happens in the admin if your link is incorrect. I cannot insert new fiels using manage_field section and i do not see the left menu on database partecipant backend (but this is only italian po bug) It is a clean installation, so i make a test, i download the version 1.4.9.1 and all function perfectly. The style, the menu in italian and above all function perfect the manage_fields section. For sure the new version have some problem.
